Dyna-Plast Invests in Customer Success

When The Dynamic Group states that they want to be the customer’s Product Development Partner, they mean it!

Recently, a major medical device manufacturer and Dyna-Plast, a division of The Dynamic Group, entered a product development project together. The customer decided upon Dyna-Plast for a number of reasons, however, the actions following the actual development spurred confirmation that their decision was the absolute right choice.

Several weeks into the project, it became apparent that the molding and assembly operation required our customer to be completely certain that the ultimate product would perform inside the operating room to a guaranteed level of consistent performance. To virtually eliminate any malfunctions, which could be life threatening, Dyna-Plast came to the table with a bold solution. After several meetings with customer design engineers and Dyna-Plast Quality Engineers and Project Management Specialists, Dyna-Plast actually created a customized, specific work-station within the Dyna-Plast facility. They then purchased quality assurance aggressive testing apparatus which became an integral part of the overall assembly process. Although, even without these crucial steps, the customer’s final product would perform at industry standard levels, with the added quality-check station, the product’s performance levels became virtually failsafe.

Dyna-Plast invested thousands of dollars into the quality assurance design and equipment, doing this as added insurance to the customer that the ultimate product, made exclusively by Dyna-Plast, would be of the absolute highest quality and perform at consistent levels beyond customer expectations.

This is a story of true “partnership” in the product development arena.

What’s more, in July, 2006, Dyna-Plast was certified to ISO 13485:2003 Standards (read about it here).
