process called “Design for Manufacturability” (DFM) in conjunction
with Celleration. Over a period of time, Dyna-Plast assisted Celleration
in the elimination of several part and assembly steps of their Generation
1 & 2 product categories. With Dyna-Plast’s development techniques,
Celleration realized a 25% reduction in their cost to manufacture which also
created greater product reliability and quality.
Dyna-Plast created high-production tooling in
a fast 7 weeks, plus full project development, equipment validations and
production processes needed for on-time delivery.
