The Dynamic Group and UMC form a new Strategic Alliance to give customers a greater product and service offering.

The Dynamic Group, Ramsey, Minnesota and Ultra Machining Company (UMC), Monticello, Minnesota have formed a Strategic Alliance.

The Dynamic Group represents two specialized companies.

Dyna-Plast is a premiere supplier of development molds and short-run molding for the rapid introduction of new plastic products. Design, tooling, molding, inspection and final assembly create a capability set which includes mold flow analysis, SPC, tool sampling/qualification and a Class 10,000 clean room.

Dynamic Engineering excels in mold manufacturing ranging in size from miniature to over 20,000 pounds and varying in design from single-cavity to complex multi-cavity molds for both plastic and powder metal or ceramic applications.

Ultra Machining Company (UMC) is a precision manufacturer of highly intricate products and parts for several industries, with the medical device industry being the main focus. To support the extremely close tolerances and demands of the medical arena, UMC’s CNC Milling, Turning, Wire EDM and Swiss Turning capabilities are state-of-the-art. UMC offers a Class 10,000 clean room, specialized parts cleaning, precision finishing equipment, SPC, robotics and ProE design.

The professional staff, at both companies, have been hand-picked and trained in process management.
