Medical Insurance
Basic medical plan is Health Partners Select Choice. A “buy-up” option for Health Partners Open Access is available. Premiums deducted on a pre-tax basis.

Dental Insurance
Employee's dental coverage 100% percent paid by the company. Plan offered through Guardian allows you to choose your provider or to use a network provider. Premiums (for family coverage) deducted on a pre-tax basis.

Life Insurance
We provide group life insurance coverage at no cost to the employee. Benefit equals 100% of annual earnings.

Short-term and Long-term Disability Insurance

Vacation
Accrue vacation while you work-vacation is earned based upon your length of service and hours worked. Earn approximately one week your first year of employment, then increase to two weeks during your second year of employment. Vacation is available to use as you earn it.

Holidays
Eight paid holidays per year: New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve Day, Christmas Day and a personal floating holiday.

Dynamic Engineering is seeking a CNC Milling Specialist with at least 5 years experience for 2nd Shift. Primary duties include: Selects/set-ups proper tooling and tool holders. Loads and edits programs. Adjusts feeds and speeds. Performs all necessary inspection to assure quality products. Documents program changes. Performs routine maintenance on machining centers. Completes and files paper work.

Requirements:
Machine Tool Technology Degree (or related technical degree or experience) AND five years relevant experience.

MOLD BUILDER
FIRST AND SECOND
SHIFTS

Dynamic Engineering is seeking experienced Mold Builders for both 1st and 2nd shifts. Primary duties include: Identify and perform processes needed to complete projects. Communicate with all necessary parties to receive instructions and coordinate activities. Set up and operate Milling machines to machine components. Set up and operate Manual and Hydraulic Grinders to machine components Fitting of mold components. Assemble molds. Schedule work and monitor due dates. Perform all necessary inspection to assure a quality product. Follow all projects through to completion (including full mold and component projects). Blueprint reading and analyzing of data on the computer.

Requirements:
Moldmaker, Machine Tool Technology Degree (or related technical degree or experience) AND five years relevant experience

MACHINE TOOL
TECHNOLOGY STUDENTS

OPPORTUNITY

This opportunity is available to first or second-year student of the Machine Tool Technology or Mold Builder/Tool & Die program of an accredited technical college. Duties may include: Bridgeport Milling. Manual Grinding. General Shop Maintenance. Hours for the position will be approximately 3:30-8:00 pm (with some flexibility) and would require less than 24 hours per week.
