Medical Insurance
Basic medical plans include Medica Elect and Essentials. A buy-up option for Medica Choice s is available. Premiums deducted on a pre-tax basis.
Dental Insurance
Employee's dental coverage 100% percent paid by the company. Plan offered through Guardian allows you to choose your provider or to use a network provider. Premiums (for family coverage) deducted on a pre-tax basis.
Life Insurance
We provide group life insurance coverage at no cost to the employee. Benefit equals 100% of annual earnings. Supplemental life insurance coverage is available to purchase for the employee, spouse and children.
Short-term and Long-term Disability Insurance
We provide disability insurance coverage at no cost to the employee. Benefit for short-term disability is 60% of earnings for up to 26 weeks and long-term disability benefit is 60% of earnings.
Retirement Savings – 401(k) Plan Employees may invest up to 100% of their earnings to The Dynamic Group's plan. The company matches 25% of your contribution, up to 4% of your earnings. Eligibility after 90 days of service. Rollovers from previous approved plans accepted. Six year vesting schedule.
Paid Time Off (PTO)
Earn two weeks of PTO your first year, then increase to 14 days your second year. PTO schedule has incremental steps up to 21 PTO days at 10 years of tenure.
Holidays
Eight paid holidays per year: New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Friday After Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve Day, Christmas Day.

OPPORTUNITY
Continue your education, even after leaving school! Get a great part-time job that offers you the opportunity to explore and learn more about your chosen career - before even completing your education. This opportunity is available to first or second-year student of the Machine Tool Technology or Mold Builder/Tool & Die program of an accredited technical college. Duties may include: Bridgeport Milling. Manual Grinding. General Shop Maintenance. Hours for the position will be approximately 3:30-8:00 pm (with some flexibility) and would require less than 24 hours per week.
